Shipping policy

At Journey Blankets, we know every blanket represents a meaningful place, memory, or connection. We are committed to delivering your order safely and keeping you informed throughout the process.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During product launches, holidays, restocks, or viral demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday excluding major holidays.

PREORDER ITEMS
Many Journey Blankets designs are released in limited quantities and may be available as PREORDER ONLY items.

Preorder products may take approximately 4–8 weeks to ship depending on production schedules, international manufacturing timelines, inventory availability, and customs processing.

Estimated preorder arrival dates shown on product pages are estimates only and may occasionally change due to supplier or shipping delays.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order may ship together once all items become available.

SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery timelines after shipment:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 7–15 business days
• International Orders: 10–25 business days

Shipping timelines may vary depending on customs inspections, weather, carrier delays, regional disruptions, or seasonal demand.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected delivery method.

Incorrect shipping addresses may result in carrier fees, delays, or returned packages.

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping and billing information during checkout.

Journey Blankets is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to customer-provided address errors.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears delayed or lost:
1. Verify your tracking information
2. Contact the shipping carrier first
3. Reach out to us if additional support is needed

We will do our best to assist with carrier investigations whenever possible.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.
