Refund policy

At Journey Blankets, customer satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused and unwashed
• Item must be in original condition
• Original packaging should be included
• Proof of purchase is required

•All return requests must be reviewed and approved by Journey Blankets before products are shipped back. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Final sale products
• Gift cards
• Used or washed blankets
• Clearance items
• Certain preorder deposits or made-to-order items

PRE-ORDER POLICY
Because many Journey Blankets designs are produced in limited quantities, preorder cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

Estimated preorder arrival dates are approximate and may shift due to manufacturing or shipping conditions outside our control.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging if applicable

We will work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The wrong item was shipped
• The item arrived damaged
• The item has a verified manufacturing defect

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Journey Blankets.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once fulfillment or production begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
